Baking Expedition: S’more Brownies

  This month's Baking Expedition was S'more Brownies. I found the recipe online through Taste of  Home . It's pretty straightforward, graham cracker crust, brownie with mini marshmallows mixed in, mini marshmallows, and more graham cracker crumbs sprinkled on top.  Here's the thing that ended up being weird, it was exactly like a s'more that had been made with a baked good instead of a chocolate bar. I think the addition of the mini marshmallows to the brownie itself made it come out more cake like than brownie like.
